About TabPick and eligibility

TabPick helps you record expenses, scan receipts, organize budgets, and calculate how a bill is shared. You can enter expenses and split bills manually without an account. AI receipt scanning requires an account and an internet connection; signed-in account features can back up your expenses and receipt photos. Availability depends on your device, app version, connectivity, and any plan you select.

TabPick is not directed to children under 13. You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, or a parent or legal guardian’s permission where required by applicable law. Provide accurate account information and keep your device and sign-in credentials secure.

Receipt accuracy and your responsibility

AI receipt results are suggestions and can misread or omit items, prices, quantities, dates, currencies, discounts, service charges, or tax. Review the original receipt and correct the extracted data before relying on a split. You remain responsible for the people selected, the amounts entered, and the final allocation.

Budget totals, balances, and payment records depend on the information you enter. TabPick does not independently verify that a payment was made. A recorded payment or shared summary is not proof of a transfer or an agreement between friends.

TabPick is a personal organization tool. It is not a bank, payment service, debt collector, or financial, accounting, tax, or legal adviser. It does not move money between people, guarantee repayment, or settle disputes about who owes what.

Your receipts and other people’s information

You retain ownership of the receipts, expense records, names, notes, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide and support TabPick, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

Only upload receipts and information that you have the right to use. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information about yourself or others. Review a breakdown before sharing it, and obtain any permission required to include someone else’s information. You control the recipients of summaries you choose to send; we cannot remove copies held by them.

Accounts, local data, and backup

Guest data is stored on your device. Signing in enables account backup and synchronization of supported records and receipt images. A backup is not complete until synchronization succeeds; offline edits may remain pending. Keep important receipts and records separately. Removing the app, clearing its data, or losing your device can result in loss of data that has not been backed up.

Signing out does not delete your account or its server-side records. To request account or data deletion, email the contact address below from your registered email if possible. We may need to verify ownership. The Privacy Policy explains retention, deletion, and the limits of local record removal.

Deleting the app or an account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it separately through Apple if you want future renewals to stop.

Subscriptions and free features

Downloading TabPick, creating an account, or reading this website does not start a paid subscription. TabPick Premium may be offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. The purchase screen and Apple confirmation sheet show the available features, price, billing period, and any trial before you authorize payment.

The Subscription Terms apply to purchases, trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds. Only features and allowances stated in your actual offer are included. A Premium subscription does not promise unlimited AI scans unless the confirmed offer expressly says so.

Acceptable use

You must use TabPick lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Except where applicable law expressly permits, you must not:

  • Access another person’s account or records without permission, misuse credentials, or bypass authentication, purchase checks, rate limits, or other controls.
  • Upload unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or rights-infringing content, or use receipts and other records to impersonate someone or misrepresent a payment.
  • Disrupt the service, probe for unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated requests to abuse receipt scanning or infrastructure.
  • Copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the app, its branding, or other protected materials without permission, subject to statutory rights and open-source licenses.

Intellectual property and app license

TabPick’s software, designs, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Suphasit Thongniam. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the service subject to these Terms. No ownership is transferred.

For the app downloaded through Apple, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless an applicable custom license is expressly provided. These Terms also govern TabPick’s related services and do not override mandatory App Store usage rules or your statutory rights.

External services and Apple

Receipt scanning uses OpenAI. Subscription and paywall services use Adapty, and App Store purchases are handled by Apple. These services have their own applicable terms and privacy practices. External links do not imply endorsement, and we do not control external services or guarantee their availability.

These service Terms are between you and Suphasit Thongniam, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for TabPick’s service content or its maintenance and support. Apple’s applicable purchase terms, refund process, and app license continue to apply.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may update the app and service, fix errors, and change features or offers. Some features may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity problems, provider availability, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, a breach of these Terms, or a legal obligation. We will give notice where practicable and required by law. You may stop using TabPick at any time. Mandatory consumer remedies and rights relating to paid access remain unaffected.

We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version and date. We will provide notice of material changes through an appropriate available channel, and obtain consent or give advance notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights for a period already purchased.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, TabPick is provided as available and as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed accuracy. Always check important amounts and retain the source receipt.

To the extent permitted by law, Suphasit Thongniam and his suppliers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, TabPick, including loss of profits, opportunities, goodwill, or data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, other non-excludable liability, or mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and related policies

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, with disputes subject to its competent courts, except where mandatory law gives you other governing-law protections or rights to bring a claim elsewhere. Apple’s applicable license and purchase terms govern the matters they cover. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent lawful.
